Welcome to the Delta Enterprise crib recall web site. Together with the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we have announced two voluntary actions that we
are taking related to several of our cribs produced between 1995 and 2007 that use
our drop side trigger lock designs. These actions, which do not require consumers
to return any of our products, are meant to ensure the safe use, assembly and function
of several of our crib models. Please read the following instructions and descriptions
carefully to determine if your crib is part of this effort. If you determine that
it is please, per the CPSC’s instructions, stop using your crib until you have received
and properly installed the replacement parts or retro-fit kit that we will send
to you shortly after completing
this form.
4. If your crib uses safety pegs (made in Taiwan and Indonesia), please make sure
that all of the pegs are in place (for a single drop side crib there should be two
pegs, one on each lower track; for a double drop side crib there should be four
pegs, one on each lower track).
IF YOU ARE MISSING PEGS PLEASE STOP USING THE CRIB IMMEDIATELY and fill out the following form
following form. We will send you, at no cost, replacement pegs immediately along with clear directions for proper installation.
Even if you have safety pegs in place please fill in this form and we will send you a set of new colored pegs to replace your existing pegs. The new color will make it easier for you to ensure that the pegs are always in place.
5. If your crib uses spring pegs and was manufactured
in China before 2006 please stop using your crib immediately and fill out the
following form. You will receive, at no cost to you, a
retrofit kit and instructions for installing an additional safety mechanism to ensure
proper function.
If your crib was manufactured in the years 2006-2008
please fill out the
following form for future updates on crib safety.
*If you have any additional questions please email us at
questions@DeltaEnterprise.com and we will make every effort to respond in
the shortest possible time.
Reminder: please remember not to use any crib with missing, broken, or loose parts.
Make sure to tighten hardware from time to time to keep the crib sturdy. When using
a drop side crib make sure that the side is in the top locked position every time
the child is in the crib. Always check all sides and corners of the crib for disengagement.
Any disengagement can create a gap and entrap a child. In addition, do not try to
repair any side of the crib, especially with tape, wire or rope.
